I will keep a list hereoffer so I may know what I have sent you. Hope you will get out a list of Iowa fungi and then publish additions each year. Can't you include in [?] such an animal list all

additions to our flora ? I don't get very much time. have not had a minute from business for over two years. Have been mounting slides of fungi for a Philadelphia dealer. taking apparatus in exchange. Just got in a fine section cutter. Hohmans siphora slide of also a nice revolving table
I have sent Ellis the species this Spring- I think and shall [illegible]. I have an [illegible] on Polgyalu [illegible] now on the spots occupied by it the [illegible] spores of some puecima. Hope to find the telentosphores soon. Yours Truly E. W. Holway

Dear Sir The regular unusual meeting [illegible] the Iowa Academy of Sciences will be held at Iowa City beginning on Thursday June 24th 1880 at 10 A.M.
The business will be 1st Revisiting of [illegible] by members of Ia Aademy 2nd. Election of officers 3d. Election of members and transition of miscellaneous business.
Prof. Leonard of Iowa City Prof. Beale of [illegible] McGee of [illegible] were nominated for membership at last meeting.
Ballots for an acquired candidate for membership and [illegible] of Purpose to be [illegible] at the meeting should be received at this office as early as June 1st 1880.
A kind compliance with the above requirement will enable me to sne dthis to all the members before the time of meeting.
