Dear Sir
The regular unusual meeting [illegible] the
Iowa Academy of Sciences will be held at Iowa City
beginning on Thursday June 24th 1880 at 10 A.M.

The business will be 1st Revisiting of [illegible] by
members of Ia Aademy 2nd. Election of officers
3d. Election of members and transition of miscellaneous
business.

Prof. Leonard of Iowa City Prof. Beale of [illegible]
McGee of [illegible] were nominated
for membership at last meeting.

Ballots for an acquired candidate for
membership and [illegible] of Purpose to be
[illegible] at the meeting should be received
at this office as early as June 1st 1880.

A kind compliance with the above
requirement will enable me to sne dthis
to all the members before the time of meeting.
