140Sec. 6. The Senate shall cause a full record of their proceedings to be kept, which shall be open at all times to the inspection of the Board of Regents, or any member thereof. Sec. 7. The order of business at the regular meetings shall be: Sec. 8. Notice of meetings shall be transmitted to the various professors, in writing, at least two days prior to the time appointed for the meeting. Sec. 9. A majority of all the members of the Senate shall constitute a quorum, and no action of the Senate shall be binging on a Faculty unless one of its members be present. Sec. 10. On all questions in which the ayes and nays may be demanded, by a motion and a second, a record shall be kept of those voting in the affirmative and in the negative. AMENDMENTS.
