Each candidate for admission shall procure from the Chancellor a blank form of application, which must be properly filled, and after satisfactory examination in that department or college which he proposes to enter, may then be registered as a student in such department. But no student shall be admitted as a member of a class except on producing to the professor evidence of the payment of all required fees. If he comes from another college, he shall exhibit evidence of honorable dismission. HONORALBE DISMISSION. Sec. 2. Students not minors may have a dismission from the University at their own request, and minors at the request of their parents or guardians, provided in either case there is no reason connected with the government of the University for refusing it.
