As a rule, any one with all his experience to win, whatever his other qualifications, should begin here.
6) Assistant, - not an Instructor for the class room, to be appointed for laboratory and Museum work.
This scheme in its main particulars, has been presented to the Faculty and has received their explicit or implicit approval.
It offers the attraction of a graduated career in our service, while it leaves promotion to depend(as it ought)on the sum of qualifications, practical, intellectucal and moral, in each individual age.
