Relating to military details.

1. Military detail ; that steps should be taken at once, by the chancellor and president of the Board, to cause to be introduced in Congress a bill amending present regulations on this subject, to the end that the number of Army officers provided for this service be increased, and state and land grant institutions be first supplied when assignments are made.
2. Match Bill, so called : that whatever support and assistance can be given to this interest which looks to state appropriations for advancement of veterinary and stock matters, should be granted and furnished.
3. Use of UNiversity b uildings by students that the tendency be toward more conservative, rathen than more liberal methods in this direction: the students held to specific hours. times and ways,
