General repairs

and property : and as buildings increase , this number should be increased : they should be first class employees on a good basis if compensation and be directly responsible to the steward.

Main Building

Further and additional repairs to the main University Building are a necessity, largely owing to original defective construction. Much of the inside foundation floors in halls &C . , require to be replaced, windows, doors and minor details renewed and all this for safety and comfort should be done as soon as practicable.

Stewards report, financial, approvd secretary's rep. approved.

A communication from the general faculty relating to the needs of departments and general estimates for the ensuing two years was read by the Secretary and ordered filed

The finance committee reported as follows: The committee on finance have examined the stewards financial report and find it correct. Also the secretary's financial report and find it correct : and would recommend that the following bills be paid as soon as practicable from funds on hand for current expenses:
