Approve Leaves of Absence

It was moved by Regent Foote, seconded by Regent Adkins, motion put to vote and carried, that the following leaves of absence be approved, as reommended by the Chancellor's office.

Earl F. Bowen, County Extension Agent, leave of absence without pay from July 4, 1959 to July 3, 1960, to accept ICA foreign assignment in Iran.

Magdalene E. Pfister, Assistant Extension Home Economist, extension of leave of absence without pay from August 11, 1959 to January 31, 1960, to complete Master's degree.

Milton Beckmann, Professor of Secondary Education and Supervisor of Mathematics, leave of absence without pay from September 1, 1959 to August 31, 1960, to accept appointment as Specialist for Secondary School Mathematics under the National Defense Education Act.

Witold Saski, Associate Professor of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, leave of absence with pay for the period September 7, 1959 to February 1, 1960, to pursue additional study in pharmaceutical technology at the University of California.

H. Lloyd Weaver, Curator of Botany, Museum, leave of absence without pay from June 30, 1959 to June 30, 1961; to accept assignment in Turkey.
