It was moved by Regent Foote, seconded by Regent Elliott, motion put to vote and carried, that the following retirements be approvedas recommended by the Chancellor's office.

RETIREMENT

Luvicy M. Hill, Associate Professor Emeritus of Business Teacher Education, at $1418.19 per year, single life, effective July 1, 1959.

George Walter Rosenlof, Professor Emeritus of Secondary Education, at $1166.10 per year, joint and survivorship, effective August 1, 1959.

James L. Sellers, Professor Emeritus of History, effective August 1, 1959; amount to be determined.

Authorize Supplement No. 10 Atomic Energy Commission Contract - research by Dr. Theodore Jorgensen, Physics

It was moved by Regemt Foote, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, that the president be authorized and directed to execute Supplement No. 10 to Atomic Energy Commission Contract AT(11-1)-35 covering research by Dr. Theodore Jorgensen of the Department of Physics. This supplement provides additional funds in the amount of $23,300 and provides support for Dr. Jorgensen's research through May 31, 1960.
