The following bids were received: Bidders Amount Newberg and Bookstrom $24,166.00 It was moved by Regent Elliott, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, directing the low bid from Newberg and Bookstrom in the amount of $24,166.00 for the necessary work to be performed in the rearrangement of the city campus power plant space and installation of a new steam boiler be accepted. Mr. Donaldson is hereby authorized to negotiate contracts with Newberg & Bookstrom for this work.
