Vreeland estate The following Resolution was moved by Regent Elliott, and seconded by Regent Welsh, put to vote and unanimously carried. RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Marion H. Vreeland, a resident of Los Angeles, California died and left a Last Will and Testament, which was duly admitted to probate in the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Los Angeles, and WHEREAS, under the provisions of her Last Will and Testament, certain property was given, devised and bequeathed to The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, and WHEREAS, The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska is receiving, or about to receive, property from said estate pursuant to the provisions of said Last Will and Testament; | 239 |
