Create ninth Divison within the Museum - Divn. of Astronomy and Planetarium

ninth Division be created within the Museum organization. The new Division will be known as Division of Astronomy and Planetarium. The other eight Divisions are as follows: Anthropology; Botany and Herbarium; Entomology; Geology; Health Sciences; Invertebrate Paleontology; Vertebrate Paleontology; and Zoology.

Approval given to list for sale Loomis Hall, 1411 No. 37th
It was moved by Regent Swanson, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, that authority be granted to the Univeristy Business Manager to list for sale the building know as Loomis Hall and located at 1411No. 37th Street, Lincoln. Final decision relative to disposal of this property will be made by the Property Committee of the Board of Regents after the price whichcan be realized becomes known.

Promotion and Tenure Approved
It was moved by Regent Greenberg, seconded by Regent Elliot, motion put to vote and carried, that approva; be given to the following recommendations for promotion and tenure.
Effective date: Annual appointees -- July 1, 1958
Academic Year appointees --
September 1, 1958
