I have selected for you and sent by Express parcel containing 100, + Sp of my collection. of plants - I have endeavored not to duplicate those previously sent, by looking over the list, except in some cases where they are better rrepresented, or corrected. I think you will be pleased with the set of Ceanothus which I have given special attention to including some unpublished sp. which I hope to work up this winter--you will also find some interesting additions to Arctostaphylos and [Chiriganthe]. I will see [Pret] you are supplied with any published matter I may have printed, or in case you want any special information of particular species shall be glad to inform you by letter.
I find a big job on my hands to pub what I have in proper order for reference or distribution and am still hoping before I get too old to see my whole collection & books go to some public institution. There is now a probability that they will be taken by the Stanford University in Cala -
My change will be $8.2 - I send by Express as allowing greater bulk of packing
