Friday, raining again. We made our way to Holdrege in the evening, where we stopt over night to make connection. Satur day morning we went to Bertrand. After having put our presses in order we went out to a canyon in the afternoon. This morning we mounted the train again and arrived here at noon. We have bee out this afternoon. Here has been flood. The Little Medicine has been 6 feet over the level. We had to take of our clothes and wade the river in order to cross. What plants we have found I will tell later. I think we have some [ ]
