to attach a respectable fee and require a contribution

Nearly half our membership will go out under

I have been so much engaged professionally
[scheming?] the past summer that I have done very
little work with my degree, but I keep the subject
growing.

as often as this. I hope you may follow it with

of [?] [?] [&?] is much needed.
