Article VI
Section I- The election of officers [both military and business] shall take place annually, the first Thursday in October, by company in business session command [co-warned?].

Section II- Officers to this company shall be elected by ballot, and a majority of votes cast shall decide the electorn.

Article VII-

Section I- The standing committees shall be the "Executive" and "membership," each consisting of three.

Section II- It shall be the duty of the Executive Committee to examine the books of the treasurer at the close of his term of offices. They shall also perform such duties or the company may direct.
