Dear Sir:

The regular annual meeting of the
Iowa Academy of Sciences will be held at Iowa City,
beginning on Thursday, June 2nd, 1880, at 10 A. M.

The business will [be?] 1st Reading of papers by
members of the Academy, 2nd Election of officers,
3rd Election of members and transaction of miscellaneous
business.

Prof. Leonard of Iowa City, Prof. [Boule?] of Ames,
and Mr. W. J. McGee of [?] were nominated
for membership at last metting.

Ballots for or against candidates for
membership and Titles of Papers to be
read at the meeting should be received
at this office as early as June 1st, 1880.

A kind compliance with the above
requirement will enable to to send [?]
to all the members before the time of meeting.
