Dear Sir:-

I hereby notify you that I have sold Agricultural
Science to Prof. Wm. Frear of State College, Pennsylvania. In-
creasing duties in other directions have made this step necessary.
I wish to thank you for your kindly support of Agricultural Science
in the past, and trust that you will [in e] like manner favor its
new publisher and editor. Prof. [Erear] will assume control of
the magazine with volume six. Numbers 11 and 12 of volume five
are now in the printer's hands and will soon be issued.
