177BUFFALO BILL AND CAPTAIN JACK. These heroes of the Western wilds opened the Metropolitan Theater last evening to a very good house, rendering the thrilling sensational drama, "Life on the Border." They were supported by a superior troupe of artists, which included many of [Saeramento's]? old favorites. All the characters were well sustained, and the play passed off very smoothly. It's starting [denonements]? and striking tableaux were thoroughly appreciated by the [?] who warmly applauded the points of the drama as they appeared.
