PLEAS: Before the Honorable Samuel M. Chapman, Judge of the District Court, Second Judicial District of Nebraska, in and for Lancaster County. At the October A.D. 1887 term of said Courty, begun and held at the City of Lincoln, in said County and State, on the 10th day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-seven, and on a day therein, to-wit: On the 14th day of November A.D. 1887 (that being the 22nd Judicial day of said October term of said Court, ) present, Honorable Samuel L. Chapman, Judge presiding, S.M. Melick, Sheriff, and E.R. Sizer, Clerk: The following proceedings, among others, were had and done, to-wit:
