Meeting was called to order by the President. The Report of the Treasurer was called for, but not of hand. But the Treasurer reported that at the beginning.

January 8, 1903.

Meeting called to order by Captain Huel in the absence of the President.

Moved and seconded that the Pershing Rifles take two pages in the "Sombrero" and that a committee of three be appointed to attend to the matter. Carried

Committee named - Corporals Stanley Hewitt and Sheldon

Moved and seconed that a picture be taken at 4:30 Wednesday, Jan. 14. 1903. Carried.

The following were elected as members of the Discipline Committee:

Sergeant Kanzler, Corporal Stanley, Private [ ].

Moved and seconded to adjourn.
