RULES FOR RESTORING LAPSED POLICIES.
If premiums are not paid on or before the dates when due,
policies will lapse, but can be restored by furnishing the Company
satisfactoru evidence of insurable heath and paying the premium,
with eight per cenr, interest from due. When premiums are in de-
fault not to exceed thirty days, a personal certificate of health will
generally be satisfactory, but after thirty days the cerficate of a
physican will be required, and expense of same to be paid by the in-
sured.

MUST BE OBSERVED
