Some time in
May last we wrote in regard to preparing
a Physiology and received your reply in
due time.

We now have this plan to propose to you.
We are now preparing, and will have ready, a
bill for presentation to the coming legislature
providing for State uniformity of school text-books.
Our plan in brief is to contract directly
with the State for supplying the books;
which books are to be prepared by able
