My Dear Sir,

It is probable that your institution
may be able to secure Professor
[Wymer?] for the chair of Mental
and Moral Philosophy and History, if you
write to him soon. He is still with us, and
has no intention to score his connection
with our College, but I know that
he feels a little [?], and would
prefer to be connected with an institution
in which the cirriculum did
not cross his work so nearly at
right angles as it appears to [?]
to do here.

He is my most intimate friend
