On motion the report of the committee was received and adopted.

The University and Library committee reported as follows;
Above committee to whom was referred the report of the Library committee (Faculty) of April 10th. last and communication of O. A. Corbin, recommended,

1. That the finance committee appropriate from repair fund the cost of removing library and increasing shelving $150.00,
2. That same committee from furniture fund appropriate for 30 small tables $150.00
3. That said committee from Library fund appropriate for binding books and periodicals, $300.

After personal conference with members of said Library committee and examination of libray as at present arranged, your commitee recommend that the matter of devising some plan of catalougeing, rearranaging and readjusting the whole library system be referred back o said liobrary committee of the Faculty to consider and report at the next meeting of the board, said committee express themselves willing to undertake this task if requested.

Also, your committee report consideration of the verbal complaint and statement of W. N. Flecther, to the Board, that the comission as Captain in the Cadets, to which he deems himself entitled, was not issued:
