The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska met in annual session at 2 o'clock p.m. at the office of the Chancellor and Steward, pursuant to the provisions of the By-Laws.

Present Regents B. B. Davis, Leavitt Burnham, C. H. Gere, M. J. Hull, J. T. Mallalieu and George Roberts.

The minutes of the last preceding meeting were read and approved.

The secretary read communications from the proper Faculties recommending the persons named below for teh several degrees respectively set opposite their names:

On motion of Regent Burnham it was ordered that the recommendations of the respective Faculties for degres be recieved and filed and approved, and that the several degrees as above mentioned be the same are hereby conferred upon the several candidates recommended as above named, and that diplomas be prepared and awarded accordingly under the provisions of the By-Laws of the Board.
