Joe Gillespie Gets a Total of $250 and a
Colt Revolver.

Paul Fontaine, the judge of the recent
cowboy's race, awarded that prizes yesterday.
It was agreed that he should settle
the controversy, and his decision satisfied
all. These are the amounts each received
in the distribution of "Buffalo Bill's Wil
West purse of $500:"
