Stole a Cowboy Race Prize

One of the prizes awarded in the cowboy
race from Chadron, Neb., to Chicago - a revolver
presented to Joe Gillespie - was
found in a pawnshop yesterday by its owner
and soon thereafter Edward Crespon, one
of Buffalo Bill's stable boys, was arrested,
charged with stealing and pawning the
trophy. Justice Porter fined Crespon $25
to-day.
