SCR00007.088Joliet Daily Ex-Press. —The London Daily News in commenting on Buffalo Bill's Wild West troupe, speaks very highly of Miss Annie Oakley, the famous lady rifle-shot, who is a sister-in-law of "Billy" Butler, one of M Calmer's hustling clerks. The Newsreporter obtained an interview with the young lady, who is but twenty years of age, and yet has beaten the record at 5,000 clay pigeons, thrown from a trap.
