The Grand.

The present week at the Grand promises to be one of the crowded houses and vociferous applause. The popular prices prevailing will not be the one means of drawing great crowds, as the play is meritorious to be a high degree. Buffalo Bill's Dutchman, Jules Keen, has made a reputation secont to no German dialectcomedian in the country, and as the star character in the Prairie Waif, will give an entertainment that is sure to please. Buck Taylor, the king of the cowboys, and a genuine band of Pawnee Indians, are also with the combination and will give a parade. The company embraces thirty first class artists. The first performance will be given tonight, and every afternoon and night during the remainder of the week. The box sheet is open today at Freeman's.

The band of Pawnee Indians accompnaying Buffalo Bill's Dutchman and Prairie Waif combination are pronounced the finest specimens ever brought East, not one among them being less than six feet in height. They had never seen civilization until ten weeks ago, when Mr. Cody brought them East from their reservation, accompanied by Pawnee Bill, the interpreter. They give wonderful illustrations of their skill in their war dances in a realistic manner. The Prairie Waif is a very interesting and amusing entertainment.
