-Hon. William F. Cody, better known as "Buffalo Bill," arrived in town this morning with his company, and gave a street parade with his Indians on horseback, headed by a band. The well known scout was dressed in the frontier costume, and his Indians wore their usual rig. One gentle savage on an asthetical and near-sighted turn wore, in addition to the orthodox red-skin costumee, a pair of civilized spectacles balanced on his uncivilized nose. The company attracted a great deal of attention as they rode down Main street, and we noticed a prominent olergyman and an equally well known city official following close behind, but they might have been going to the Post Office for all we know. This evening the company will play "The Prairie Waif" at the Opera House, and will undoubtedly have a very large audience. They always draw well, the Indians, Buffalo Bill's rifle shooting and the other special features being strong attractions. The play is the best ever presented by Mr. Cody.
