Show Talk and Show Folks.

BUFFALO BILL filled the Phillips'
full last night, and though the play
is hardly up to snuff and has some
smut in its variety parts which
might be eliminated with advantage,
still the audience was highly pleased.
Ruffalo Bill is a remarkably handsome
man, and appears to great advantage
under the gaslight. It is
worth, when we consider that he
represents a race of men which is
now nearly extinct- the genuine
frontiersman and Indian fighter- the
price of admission to see him. The
Indians in their dances and pow wows
are also interesting, as relics of a
people fast fading from earth
