Buffalo Bill.

One of the largest audiences that ever
assembled on any occasion gathered
at the Opera House last evening
to witness the rendition of the thrilling
drama of the "Prairie Waif" by the
"Buffalo Bill'' company. It is estimable
that over two hundred people were turned
away being unable to gain admission.
Each actor played his or her part remarkably
well, while "Han's" brought
down the house several times and in fact
was a whole show by himself. Buffalo
Bill's target shooting was remarkable fine
and was repeatedly encored.

The company left this morning for St.
Joe, where they perform to-night, and if
they should ever return to our city, we
feel certain that they will be greeted with
as large a house as they had last night.

Those of our citizens who failed to attend last night,
missed a rich treat.
