--Two very exciting street spectacles excited
the rising generation yesterday, Buffalo
Bill's street parade, in which some live Indians
appeared; and an organ and monkey.
Fortunately the monkey did not appear until
after the Indians had retired to the seclusion
of the Otis house, else all paternal authority
had been lost.
