It was moved by Regent Thompson, seconded by Regent Elliot, motionput to vote and carried, accepting recommendation of the Chancellor's office that the following retirements be approved.

W. G. Campbell, Custodian, Buildings and Grounds, at $194.14 per year, single life, effective October 1, 1957.
John Latenser and Sons Architects for paving road at Univ. Hospital at Omaha
It was moved by Regent Elliot, seconded by Regent Thompson, motion put to vote and carried, directing that John Latenser and Sons, architects of Omaha be employed to prepare plans and specifications for paving a proposed road from the campus drive south of Uuniversity Hospital west to 44th Street, and immediately north of the School of Nursing Building; and that the Business Manager, upon completion of the plans, authorize contracts for this work.
John Latenser and Sons Architects for steam and return lines to Childrens Rehabilitation Center
It was moved by Regent Foote, seconded by Regent Thompson, motion put to vote and carried, directing that John Latenser and Sona, be employed to prepare plans and specifications for the proposed steam and return lines from exisiting campus lines to service the Childrens Rehabilitaion Center now under construction.
Storz Brewing Company offer lots for sale
From Mr. Carl A. Donaldson, Business Manager, comes information that the three lots owned by the Storz Brewinig Company at the northwest corner of 10th and W Streets have been offered for sale and that a price of $23,000.00 for the property has been established by the owner.
Mr. Donaldson also reported that an independent appraisal of this property established the present appraised value of approximately $18,000.00.
It is desirable that the University acquire this property which is adjacent to the city campus and it is recommended to the Board of Regents that authority be granted
