Breeding rooms.
We find that for some time Dr. Billings was obliged to keep his animals in the rooms set apart for him by this Board on account of cold weather, before he was able to procure sufficient cages in which to keep the same, and(sic) that for this reason there was no doubt cause for complaint on account of bad odors arising therefrom. But we further find that all animals have now been provided with suitable boxes, and(sic) the trouble complained of will be greatly remedied if not entirely removed.
