by having the top of this coffee cooker airtight and thus forcing the steam from the cooker to pass down through the channels arranged for that purpose it is brought directly in control with the heated metal bottom of the cooker & taken up by the heat. I am not well enough informed to say how this is done but as others say no odor arises from this process I am curious to have it examined.
