Strangely enough each fall these same pustules, followed by boils, have appeared until now I hope they have left me for good. Each attack seemed weaker than the preceding one. The peculiar character of the pustule leads me to believe that the later attacks were in some way related to the original one.

I regret to say that I must ask you to return the report, as it is the only copy I can find. If later I can secure another I will write you to keep the one sent, or if returned will see that you get a copy.
