I spent three days in Chic.
on a Com. with Prof. Morrow of
Ill. Ag. College, and Prof D[?], of
Ohio Ag. College, examining &
reporting on the "National Corn
Exhibit." I will tell you all
about it when we meet.
Suffice it now, to say: the results
of our joint labors were such, I
flatter myself with the idea I
may yet associate with scientists
in agricultural matters.
