Lou and the little boys are in excellent health. The little fellows often speak of "Uncle Herbert", and would be delighted to welcome him back. I wish you would finish up that "for west" [?] soon, and come back into Iowa. I think that the opportunities are no good [there?] as where you [are?]. At any rate, in Iowa, one can [get?] a letter to you, and from you a good deal easier.
