My stay in Cambridge this
season was a very profitable
one. I became very intimate
with Mr. Gray, as well as others
including the editors of the
Gazette. Prof Coulter expected
a review of your book from
Mr. Goodale for the last number of
the Gazette but through some
accident it did not arrive
and after waiting ten days,
he wrote it up himself.
I have much better faculties for
work this year than last: still
my prospects for the future
are exceedingly dar.
