inflamations of the eyes
prevents me at the time
from giving to the work
the prompt & careful
examination which I
desired – I am now able
to say that the book
appears to me to possess
the more merit of Sach's
text book at one fourth
of the cost & to be especially
adapted to aid students in
obtaining their knowledge
