Approve leaves of absence

It was moved by Regent Elliott, seconded by Regent Adkins, motion
put to vote and carried, that the following leaves of absence be approved
as recommended by the Chancellor's office.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE

David Murray Danielson, Assistant in Animal Husbandry at North
Platte Experiment Station, leave of absence without pay from February 1 to
March 21, 1960; to pursue graduate study.

Everett E. Peterson, Extension Economist, leave of absence with
pay from January 26, to March 10, 1960; Dr. Peterson will be one of team
of nine Agricultural Extension staff members to visit seven countries in
the East--project in cooperation with Foreign Agricultural Service.

Approve new appointments

It was moved by Regent Foote, seconded by Regent Elliott, motion
put to vote and carried, that the following new appointments be approved
as recommended by the Chancellor's office.
