Jackson A. Smith, reappointment as Participating Consultant in Neurology and Psychiatry, at $900 per year from September 1, 1959 to August 31, 1960; account W15 14-5C.

Teachers College

Phil H. Rueschhoff, Assistant Professor of Elementary Education, and Coordinator of Art and Music in Extension Division, from $7000 to $8400 per year effective July 1, 1959.

Authorize U of N Press to publish Claude Bernard and His Place in the History of Ideas by Reino Virtanen

It was moved by Regent Adkins, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, that the president and assistant corporation secretary be authorized and directed to execute a memorandum of agreement with Reino Virtanen for publication of Claude Bernard and His Place in the History of Ideas by the University of Nebraska Press.

Authorize U of N Press to publish The Family Band by Laura B. VanNuys

It was moved by Regent Foote, seconded by Regent Welsh, motion put to vote and carried, that the president and assistant secretary be authorized and directed to execute a memorandum of agreement with Mrs. Laura B. Van Nuys for publication of The Family Band by the University of Nebraska Press.
