Bronze sculpture "The Seasons" $1,500.00 Reconsider site for Wesley Foundation - Approve sale of northeast corner of 16th and R Streets Further consideration was given by the Board of Regents in reference to the request by the Wesley Foundation to secure a suitable building site on the University campus for the erection of a new Wesley Foundation center and chapel. It was moved by Regent Elliott, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, with Regent Foote voting "No", wherein it is directed that Mr. Carl A. Donaldson, Business Manager, be authorized to negotiate with the Wesley Foundation representatives for the purchase from the University of the north-east corner of 16th and R Streets, property described as follows: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 of Raymond Subdivision of Lot 10 of Little's Subdivision of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section 24, Township 10 North, Range 6 East in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska. The Board desires that a restrictive covenant be written into the deed wherein it will be provided that the Wesley Foundation will maintain at least a 16-foot setback from the north property line. | 254Special Meeting seconded by Regent Elliott, put to vote and carried.
