It was moved by Regent Foote, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, that the University payroll be correctly adjusted to reflect the death of the following persons:

Ruth E. Roman, Assistant Instructor in Neurology and Psychiatry, March 2, 1959

John Sperry, Custodian (retired), March 4, 1959

Frank H. Woods Memorial Fund

It was moved by Regent Elliott, seconded by Regent Adkins, motion put to vote and carried, directing the following resolution be approved.

RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED that The Board of Regents of The University of Nebraska, in meeting this date, do respectfully request that The University Foundation make payment to the University Comptroller from "The Mr. and Mrs. Frank H. Woods Memorial Fund" in the amount of $10,616.65. Such monies are to be used to supplement the budget of the Department of University Health of the University of Nebraska for the development of a suitable Mental Health Program at the University of Nebraska.

Included are the following costs: salaries and employer's social security contribution for the period January 1, 1959 through June 30, 1959, $10,560.00 (Dr. I. W. Brill, $6750.00, Dr. Benjamin Kleinmuntz, $3,600.00; social security tax, $210.00); and employer's social security contribution for the period July 1, 1958 through December 31, 1958, $56.65.
