233Special Meeting WHEREAS, said agreement provided that upon payment of the balance of said purchase price, in the sum of Twenty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Dollars (29,600.00), First Party should convey to Carl E. Faught and Elsie E. Faught, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, the above described real estate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that upon payment by Carl E.
