221Special Meeting It was moved by Regent Welsh, seconded by Regent Foote, motion put to vote and carried, directing that a $10.00 fee be charged to all non-resident undergraduate applicants who apply for admission to the University of Nebraska, effective immediately. This fee shall be non-refundable but will apply toward payment of fees and tuition should the applicant matriculate at the University of Nebraska. It was moved by Regent Greenberg, seconded by Regent Adkins, motion put to vote and carried, directing that the request of Dr. Bernard harris as transmitted by Dean Walter E. Militzer, be approved wherein Dr. harris may serve as consultant to the Agricultural Research Service of the United States Government. It is understood that not more than two or three hours per week is involved in this request. | 221 |
