168Special Meeting Range 7 East of the 6th P.M. Authorize termination Agreement with U. S. Dept. of Agriculture Library From Mr. Frank A. Lundy, Director of University Libraries, comes information that the Cooperative Agreement with the U. S. Department of Agriculture Library shall be terminated on December 31, 1958, at the request of the U. S. Department of Agriculture Library. It was moved by Regent Swanson, seconded by Regent Greenberg, motion put to vote and carried, directing the President of the Board of Regents shall be authorized to sign a Termination Agreement with the U. S. Department of Agriculture Library, original agreement dated July 28, 1956. From the University Building Committee comes information that the Division of Conservation and Survey presently housed in Nebraska Hall will in the near future be moved to permanent quarters in the building purchased from the Elgin National Watch Company. | 168 |
