129Special Meeting Lincoln, Nebraska The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska met on this day for a special meeting at 2:00 o'clock P.M. at the Administration Building, City Campus at Lincoln. Regents present: University officials present: Minutes approved The minutes of the p roceedings of the Board at their meeting held June 14, 1958, were approved, copy of the same having been transmitted to the several members of the Board under its order of October 1, 1926. From the Chancellor's office come reports of resignations, leave of absence requests, new appointments, adjustments in work and salary and retirement. Money being available for those purposes from former apportionment by the Board, the following actions are taken. It was moved by Regent Greenberg, seconded by Regent Elliott, motion put to vote and carried, that the following resignations be approved as recommended by the Chancellor's office. Resignations Approved RESIGNATIONS Wendell L. Gauger, Assistant Professor of Botany, effective June 9, 1958. Barbara Bush, part-time Instructor in Business Teacher Education, effective June 11, 1958. Alfred Haunold, Assistant in Agronomy, effective June 30, 1958. Robert W. Johnson, part-time Instructor in Elementary Education, effective June 30, 1958. Delbert Littrell, Instructor in TV-Correspondence Project, effective June 30, 1958. Mrs. Margaret Richmond, High School English Instructor and Librarian, University Extension Division, effective June 30, 1958; to continue on hourly basis. Wayne K. Tice, Clinical Instructor in Radiology, effective June 30, 1958. Daivd W. Wells, Instructor in TV-Correspondence Project, effective June 30, 1958. Jack Arlington Wolford, Assistant Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry, effective June 30, 1958. Millard J. Stanek, Research Associate in Agricultural Economics, ARS, USDA, effective July 1, 1958.
